ABOUT US

The Panhandle was a vision of a local Beaverton resident Melissa Bell.  She has lived in Oregon for 15 years but has a strong connection to her hometown Pensacola, Florida (the panhandle).  She was raised on a 13 acre pecan farm (where her parents still reside).  She learned how to plant, grow, harvest and store many fruits and veggies.  She felt that there was a need in the downtown Beaverton area for healthy, fresh, home cooked food and snacks.

At The Panhandle kiosk you will always find fresh and healthy, home-cooked meals and snacks. Our menu will change monthly, weekly and sometimes daily based on the fresh, seasonal and local ingredients available from local farms and the Beaverton Farmers Market.

Planning an special event? We also provide catering services, so give us a call and we can plan and customize a menu - just for you.
